This Little Prelude in A minor by Domenico Zipoli is very effective for developing a good balance between the right and left hands.
In the first 8 measures (Phrase A), the right hand plays the melody and hence should be more in evidence while the left hand plays a soft accompaniment.
In the last 8 measures (Phrase B), the left hand plays the melody while the right hand plays the accompaniment.
