Mordents (as in measure 1, right hand) are played very quickly, with a incisive character
Trills (as suggested in measure 21) are played ON the beat and begin on the upper auxiliary note
Turns (as suggested in measure 21) begin on the note above the principal note, and are played quite rapidly
Ascending trill with termination (as in measure 1) again is played ON the beat and consists of three parts : a prefix from below, the trill, and the suffix (termination)
