Indeed it is! We produce our own sheet music editions, from start to finish. We do NOT sell photocopies of other musical editions.

Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied with my sheet music?

Due to the nature of our products and since these are digital files, there are no refunds offered on purchases delivered electronically.

What is a PDF file?

PDF (Portable Document Format) file is a graphic format created by Adobe Systems, to present and exchange documents reliably — independent of software, hardware, or operating system.

It is a high quality format that insures that your sheet music will always look its best, regardless of the device you use it on!

 

Where is the link to download my PDF music file(s)?

The link to download you sheet music file(s) will appear in the confirmation email that will be sent to you once your payment has been processed.

The link will also appear on the order confirmation page, which will be displayed after you have made a purchase.

 

What software to I need to open a PDF file?

To open PDF files, you need to get the program Adobe Reader.

This program is entirely free.

For best results, it is important that you use an up-to-date version of Adobe Reader.

 

Why do I need a password to open the PDF file that I purchased?

As we invest a lot of time and resources to provide you with the best quality sheet music possible, we need to protect our work from fraudulent use by selling only encrypted, password-protected PDF sheet music files.

This measure helps to discourage unlicensed sharing of our work over the Internet.

 

What is the password to open my PDF file?

Each one of our sheet music files has its own open password.

You will find the password for each file in the email sent to you after you complete your purchase.

You will be prompted for this password each time you open the pdf file.

How many times can I download each PDF sheet music file that I purchase?

You will be allowed to download each PDF file for a maximum of three times.

 

What is the format of my PDF sheet music file?

Our sheet music files are available in both Letter size (8,5 by 11 inches) and A4 size (210 * 297 mm).

We will automatically select the correct format based on your country of residence.
