Streabbog, Jean-Louis

Jean-Louis Gobbaerts was a famous Belgian concert pianist, piano teacher and composer of the Romantic period.
Popular and successful in his own day, Gobbaerts composed over 1200 works for the piano.
He is remembered mainly for his easy teaching pieces, which he published under the pseudonym J.L. Streabbog (spelling his last name backwards).
