This score features the one octave diatonic and tremolando scales of D Major, ending with a perfect cadence (V-I).
The difficulty level is intended for Grade 1 guitarists.
Both scales are to be played in the first position, starting on the D string and ending with a perfect cadence.
Be sure to practice these scales with various two-finger combinations : im, mi, am and ma.
At all times, pay attention to the quality of sound and aim at producing a beautiful, resonating tone.
