Program Notes on Tambourin by Rameau :

This Tambourin in D minor by Jean-Philippe Rameau was originally composed for the harpsichord as part of the Pièces de clavecin.

This score is an arrangement for viola with piano accompaniment.

It is appropriate for Grade 5 viola players.

The viola part is to be played in the first, second and third positions.
