Pasquini, Bernardo

Bernardo Pasquini was an Italian composer, harpsichordist and organist of the Baroque era.
He wrote ten operas and eight oratorios, as well as many pieces for harpsichord and organ.
He was renowned in his time as a virtuoso keyboard player, and he was the most important Italian composer of keyboard music between Frescobaldi and Domenico Scarlatti.
