Program Notes :

This Moderato cantabile is the first movement of this Sonatina in F Major by Anton Diabelli.

It features the traditional Classical sonatina form :

Mm. 1-12 : Exposition of the first theme in F Major (mm. 1-7) and then the second theme in the dominant key of C Major (mm. 8-12)
Mm. 13-24 : Development starting in G minor and eventually modulating back to F Major
Mm. 25-35 : Recapitulation this time with both the first and second themes in F Major
Mm. 36-end : Codetta reinforcing the main key of F Major

This sonatina movement is appropriate for Grade 4 pianists.

Please take note that in measure 19, many editors show an F as the third note of the left hand, although it clearly appears as a D in the source.
