Dancla composed these Studies Opus 84 for the violin, and a transcription for the viola also exists.

- Mm. 16-23 : Contasting section B, written entirely in eighth notes
- Mm. 24-end : Coda in D Major, featuring octaves in double-stops and 3-note chords in down-bow.
This beautiful study is preceded with an exercise in octaves and chords.
